We have used Teamer over the last ten years to update parents with respect to our courses, weather updates and any information we think is relevant.
Unfortunately we have received this notification:
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Teamer on Monday 5th October 2026.
This was not a decision we took lightly. We understand that Teamer plays an important role in helping you organise your club or team, and we appreciate that this news may be disappointing and disruptive.
Communication Updates
Rather than sign up to an alternative club management system, I have taken the decision to make better use of the FCToolbox website. Any news and updates will be emailed directly from the site with the information also being posted as ‘latest news’.
Please add neil.white@fctoolbox.com to your safe senders list / address book. By sending emails from the site and posting the information to https://fctoolbox.com hopefully this will keep parents informed. As always the best way of contacting me is to send a message via either WhatsApp or Text to 07977 915 965 and I will respond ASAP.
Summer Fun
The camp at St George’s tomorrow (Wednesday 19th August) has been cancelled due to low numbers. We have programmed one final session in for next Tuesday 25th August. For those children who attend Trull on a Wednesday in the Summer Term and have not yet taken advantage of the replacement session due to weather cancellation, this will be the last opportunity to do so. Select course price £0.00. For all other players the cost is £7.00, arriving at the school at 2.30pm with pick up at 4.30pm. Please follow this link to book:

Autumn #1 After School Football
Bookings are being taken for both Orchard Grove Mondays (commencing Monday 14th September) and Trull Tuesdays & Wednesdays (commencing Tuesday 8th September for Year 4,5 & 6 / Wednesday 9th September for Yer 2 & 3).
Orchard Grove sessions finish at 4.15pm and cost £6 each.
Trull sessions finish at 4.30pm and cost £7 each.
We will be holding the prices at the same rate as last year until the Summer Term, when we will review accordingly.

We also run Football parties for birthdays and take bookings for private sessions. All you have to do is pay for a venue and we supply the coaches. Up to 12 children (One coach & assistant) £90.00 for a two hour session / 12 to 24 children (Two coaches) £120.00 for a two hour session.
St George’s Parents
If you are a St George’s parent you have received this as you noted interest in our holiday sessions. You will only receive notification of holiday club sessions moving forward. If you wish to be removed from the list, please click on the link at the end of this email.
Finally
We have had some hot weather and a scorching Summer this year. For sessions moving forward until the weather breaks I will advise to always have a full water bottle available. The ground is also very hard so for now it is probably best to wear astros / sturdy trainers and not studded football boots until we have rain and the ground softens.
Only goes to say, I hope you have all enjoyed the Summer holidays and the coaching team looks forward to working with our new group of Year 1 children at Orchard Grove and seeing the rest of you again in September.
